Such a beautiful, sweet two month old was in my Carthage, Missouri studio (which is close to Joplin, MO) for some summer time newborn pictures! She may have been a little older than my usual newborn portraits but I am still able to capture super sweet portraits that will be cherished forever! Mom asked for yellow accents so I was so excited to use this sweet romper and yellow wrap. She looked so good in yellow and even gave us some beautiful smiles!
Once baby was asleep I was able to place her in several of my props. In case you didn’t know… I provide all outfits, headbands, wraps and props! I will send out a questionnaire before the session so I can get to know mom and baby and their colors and style. That way the session is completely customized for each individual baby and family!
I told you we were able to get some smiles! I always wonder what a baby dreams about to give them such a beautiful smile while they are sleeping. Her smile tells you everything is right in the world. A portrait that mom and family will cherish forever!

She woke up at the end of the session and I’m just so glad she did! I was able to unwrap her and get some of mom’s favorite pictures at the very end! I love that we have pictures with her eyes open and some more sweet smiles! Perfect ending to a perfect newborn photography session!
Such a beautiful gallery of a beautiful girl! Even though I recommend newborn pictures when baby is 7-12 days old, you can still capture amazing cuteness when they are older. Don’t let another day go by with out recording their beauty forever!
