Beautiful neutral styled baby girl newborn session in my photography studio was such a joy. This beautiful little girl was just a little angel during her session. Since I provide all the clothing, backdrops and props, I am able to ask mom which color schemes and styles she prefers. Mom wanted a soft neutral palette with accents of soft pink and rose. As I looked through all my options, I landed on this beautiful knitted rose overalls accented with a soft pink and cream headband on a cream waffle backdrop. And the result, such a stunning combo showing off a precious little baby girl!
I love to change things up just a bit but keep the main colors the same so that when mom and dad choose to have an heirloom album designed with their portraits, the color scheme and style just flows.
I’m just in love with these sweet images with the bonnet. An all white/cream combo just highlights baby and shows off the innocence of this sweet baby girl.
Then add in a few pink flowers and viola, you have perfection!

Mom brought in a crochet blanket that was made by a family member. I just love to incorporate items that mean something to the family. Just by switching out one little thing the whole image has new meaning. Nothing more precious!
We had to laugh with this cute image! This sweet girl love to stretch out her legs and I spent some time trying to gently talk her into bending them back into the pose. I got ready to take the following image and pop out her legs go! Babies really have their own personality and usually it’s pretty funny so I love to show images like this to mom and dad. They love them too!
Mom gets her own special time too! Just a sweet moment with mom and daughter. This time goes way so fast and I know from experience that mom is so tired and it’s hard to remember little details. So I love to provide mom with these portraits that I know will be cherished forever and a day!
Newborn photography has a special place in my heart. Freezing this one little moment in time so it last forever means the world to moms and dads as well as its an honor to be asked to take on such a task. I love it though and I can’t believe I get to call, snuggling sweet babies like this one, my job!
